I’ve been there and I know
what you are going through.
I struggled with food, weight, overeating, binge eating and dieting for years.
But I don’t anymore. And you want to know my secret?
I learned that what you eat is only part of the story. Feeling confident and in charge of my body and health went far beyond the foods I was eating.
I began to understand how to identify thought patterns and limiting beliefs that held me back from having a healthy relationship with my body and food, and I learned how to change those patterns into empowering beliefs.
I also began to eat intuitively, so I didn’t have to count, record or weigh anything.
And the result of all of this? I finally felt confident around food, not out of control. My energy skyrocketed and so did my passion and enthusiasm for life.

Oh, and I should mention – I’ve “walked the walk”. As a chronic binge-eating yo-yo dieter in recovery who has released 100 lbs, I know what it’s like to struggle with food and to live in different sized bodies.
I also know what it’s like to feel free and confident and in charge of my body and my health, to feel energized and have passion and enthusiasm for life.
